My Story
Laura Webb – MSc, BSc (Hons) – Senior Sports Therapist
​
Laura graduated from the University of Bedfordshire in 2009 on completion of her 3 year undergraduate degree. Since then Laura has gained valuable experience working in the NHS, private practice and pitch side settings treating a variety of muscular conditions.
In 2013 she completed further study, her Sports Therapy Masters, allowing her to include further techniques such as mobilisations of the limbs and spine to complement her existing skills.

Laura specialises in treating both chronic and acute muscular injuries, from various muscle sprains and tendon strains to chronic back pain, sciatica and repetitive stress injuries, which can be caused through our daily activities and work as well as our exercise and sport.
​
Sports therapy treatment includes the use of deep tissue massage, soft tissue manipulation, electrotherapy (such as therapeutic ultrasound and T.E.N.S machines) and stretching techniques.
Sports massage is an essential for us all to help keep our muscles in working order, helping to relieve various aches and pains and help de-stress our bodies.

Laura is a member of The Sports Massage Association, The British Association of Sport Rehabilitators and Trainers and The Society of Sports Therapists.
