What you need to do
Your practitioner needs to know about you, your medical history and your symptoms. Please ensure that you answer the questions that are asked when your practitioner takes your medical history as fully as possible.
If anything changes between treatments, such as your doctor prescribes new drugs, please remember to tell your practitioner. You should also continue to answer in full any questions asked during subsequent treatment(s).
Your treatment is a partnership between you and your practitioner and sometimes this may require your participation. If you don't understand the explanation of your condition and proposed treatment please ask your practitioner for clarification.
Do not hesitate to ask the practitioner to stop the treatment if at any point in time you feel uncomfortable or in discomfort.
It is your responsibility to take an active role in achieving health by following any lifestyle, posture and exercise advice you are given by your practitioner.
You will be responsible for the payment of fees, including fees for missed appointments. If you have Private Medical Insurance, you may be able to claim some or all of our fees from your insurer.
