Here are somethings you can do to try to relieve your headaches and/or find the cause of them
Relax
Eat a healthy and balanced diet
Avoid or limit food/food additive trigger
Keep a headache diary
Keep hydrated
Take regular breaks from VDU/close work
Check your posture at computer/desk/driving
Check your sleeping posture
Get your eyes checked
See an osteopath/sports massage therapist if you have muscle tension/spasms in your upper back and neck
See your GP
